Based on part 9 of article 25 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1 (p. I), the Art. 26) I order:

1. Establish:

1) procedure for accounting of the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development, and goods, the made (received) with use foreign goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development (appendix No. 1);

2) forms of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development and about goods, the made (received) with use foreign goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development (appendix No. 2);

3) procedure for filling of forms of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development and about goods, the made (received) with use foreign goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development (appendix No. 3);

4) procedure and terms of submission to customs authority of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development and about goods, the made (received) with use foreign goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development (appendix No. 4).

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia R. V. Davydov.

This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

I. General provisions

1. This procedure determines procedure for accounting of the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development (further - customs procedure of STZ), and the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of STZ.

2. The resident of the territory of the advancing social and economic development (further - TOSER) records the goods specified in Item of 1 this procedure for the purposes of submission to customs authorities of the reporting on such goods.
