About liquidation of Kazaeroservice joint-stock company

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate Kazaeroservice joint-stock company.

2. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the property of Kazaeroservice joint-stock company of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors to balance of the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazaeronavigation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 11, 2006 No. 758 "About reorganization of the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazaviamet of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 30, the Art. 321).

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
