Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on payment procedure of immediate compensation for the damage caused to health, persons with limited opportunities from among participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and nuclear testing, accidents with the ionizing radiation and their effects on nuclear civil or military facilities approved by the Order of the Government No. 374 of April 29, 1999. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 48-49, 364), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Provision:

a) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The immediate compensation for the damage caused to health is established based on the statement to persons specified in Chapter II of this provision. The applicant/receiver chooses the payment service provider by filing of application. The chosen payment service provider signs the contract with National cash desk of social insurance.";
