Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2012 No. 667 "About some questions of work with addresses of citizens and legal entities" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.07.2012, 5/36006) to state in the following edition:
"1.3. "direct phone line" is drawn by heads of the organizations except for specified in part two of this subitem and their deputies at least once a quarter.
"Direct phone line" is drawn by heads of republican state bodies and local executive and administrative organs and (or) their deputies for the schedule every Saturday from 9:00 till 12:00. If necessary, caused including significant amount of addresses of citizens, "direct phone line" more long time can be spent.
The clerical work according to the addresses which arrived during "direct phone line" is conducted in the organizations according to the procedure, established by the head of the organization, taking into account requirements of this resolution;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
