Confer the personal responsibility for fulfillment of requirements of the Regulations on the size and procedure for distribution of means with their transfer to the special accounts opened in "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company for accumulation of money in Belarusian rubles and (or) foreign currency for the purpose of the debt repayment before the republican budget approved by this resolution on heads of borrowers.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
