RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of the list of the credits entering the assets of banks which are subject to acquisition by the Ministry of Finance on which the concession of requirements to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company is performed

According to the paragraph the second subitem 8.1 of Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257 "About some questions of acquisition of assets of the banks created when crediting the organizations of the woodworking industry, and refining of limit of internal public debt" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the credits entering the assets of banks which are subject to acquisition by the Ministry of Finance on which the concession of requirements to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company * is performed.

* Acquisition of assets of the banks specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Finance in the presence of the positive conclusions of "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry according to the business plans of development developed by borrowers according to parts two and third Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2015 No. 257 "About some questions of acquisition of assets of the banks created when crediting the organizations of the woodworking industry, and refining of limit of internal public debt" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.06.2015, 1/15866).

2. To provide to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance till September 14, 2015 representation to concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry of the conclusions according to business plans of development.

3. To concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry till September 18, 2015 if necessary to introduce in accordance with the established procedure in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus offers on updating of the list of the credits specified in Item 1 of this resolution taking into account the conclusions according to business plans of development.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
