About liquidation of some consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Liquidate the consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 2011 No. 855 "Some questions of transfer of the apartments acquired by the Public mortgage institution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011., No. 61, the Art. 2441) changes which are applied.
3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
