1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on corporate management in commercial banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 24, 2000 No. 472 (рег. No. 943 of July 5, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 13), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
