The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
The instruction about procedure for document creation on exit (release) of watercrafts, vehicles on ice from places of basing and procedure for the equipment of moorings, piers and stationing sites of watercrafts, vehicles on ice;
Rules of boundary regime at check points through frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To head department of Border troops, the Head customs authority of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan taking into account features and types of check points through frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan to carry out in 1994 complex of agreed measures on ensuring fulfillment of requirements of these rules.
3. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan to oblige administrations of the airports, stations, stations which are check points through frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to allocate in coordination with representatives of border troops and customs authorities of the place for implementation of border and customs control.
4. To heads of the Almaty, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Mangystau, Semipalatinsk and Taldykorgan regional administrations according to the approved Instruction to determine working bodies for implementation of constant surveillance over content and storage self-propelled and dumb boats of watercrafts and vehicles by ice.
