1. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities according to appendix No. 1;

Structure of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish the extreme number of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities in number of 18 units with the annual salary fund according to the current legislation.

3. Recognize invalid Items 2-4 of the Order of the Government No. 328 of March 23, 2007. "About approval of the Provision, organizational structure and extreme number of the National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 43-46, 344).

4. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
