1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation by Gosfinmonitoring of the organization and coordination of work on retraining and advanced training of specialists in questions of financial monitoring, in particular:
specialists of public authorities;
workers of the subjects of primary financial monitoring responsible for carrying out financial monitoring (further - ranking officers), and also the workers involved to carrying out financial monitoring.
