About introduction of export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the raw precious metals, scrap and waste of precious metals
According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" and Section 10 of Appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union I ORDER:
1. Impose ban for a period of four months on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the raw precious metals, scrap and waste of precious metals according to appendix to this order.
2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) notify:
1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about taking measures to realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure:
inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this order;
submit the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this order, other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission.
3. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Erzhanov A. K.) provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
