According to the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" and to the Procedure for appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751 (with changes), we ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Payment procedure of government assistance in case of the child's birth in case of its device in child care facility (children's home) on complete state content approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of May 19, 2008 No. 254/704/260/427/2014, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 2, 2008 at No. 495/15186, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (V. Muzychenko) submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of obligations.
