The register of obligations of participating fund to insured persons (further - the register) is created in electronic form in form and according to the procedure, the installed application 1 to this Instruction, with observance of requirements of Items 2-4 and 6 of this Instruction. The software used by participating fund shall allow to create the register in electronic form for any date, in the format established by appendix 1 to this Instruction.
