Make change to Item 19 of the Procedure for the organization and holding exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 570 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 87, Art. 2483; 2015, to No. 8, the Art. 190), having stated paragraphs the ninth - the twelfth in the following edition:
"Level of the starting price of the liquefied gas realized on specialized auctions is determined according to the level of prices for natural gas for needs of the population by the following formula:
Сц = Spr x Ks,
where Sts - the starting price of the liquefied gas (for ton);
With пр - average price of natural gas (for 1 thousand cubic meters) that is used for cooking and/or heating of water (excluding tax on value added, collection in the form of the target allowance to applicable fare on natural gas for consumers of all patterns of ownership, rates for transportation services, to distribution and supply of natural gas on regulated rate), as of the first in which the specialized auction is held;
Кс - coefficient which is calculated as ratio of heat of combustion of natural gas to heat of combustion of the liquefied gas and is equal to 1,27.".
