About approval of institutional base and the mechanism of coordinating of the external help provided to the Republic of Moldova by the international organizations and the donor countries

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of articles 12 and 18 of the Law No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 on the Government (repeated publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 131-133, 1018), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of increase in efficiency, productivity and long term of the external help provided to the Republic of Moldova by the international organizations and the donor countries, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on institutional base and the mechanism of coordinating of the external help provided to the Republic of Moldova by the international organizations and the donor countries according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the Platform Module on management of the external help "Data on the financial aid available to opening and business development", according to appendix No. 2.

2. The state office will provide:

within 30 days from the date of publication of this provision input of the existing information in the Platform Module on management of the external help "Data on the financial aid available to opening and business development".
