About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "Technical regulation "Safety of Construction Materials, Products and Designs"

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The technical regulation "Safety of Construction Materials, Products and Designs" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2010, No. 1, the Art. 18) the following changes:
1. Regarding the 4th Article 1 of the word of "The commodity nomenclature of external economic activity (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity)" shall be replaced with words "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (CN FEA EEU)".
2. In Item 2 of part 2 of Article 23 of the word of "the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity)" shall be replaced with words "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (CN FEA EEU)".
3. State appendix 2 in edition according to appendix to this Law.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
