According to the subitem 3) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the minimum social standards and their guarantees" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the minimum social standard "Minimum Size of the Monthly Salary" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the minimum social standard "Duration of Daily Work (Working Shift)" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the minimum social standard "Main Paid Annual Labour Leave" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the minimum social standard "Size of Subsistence Minimum" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the minimum social standard "Size of Minimum Pension" according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the minimum social standard "The Guaranteed Amount of Special Social Services" according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To provide to department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
