Reorganize the Republican state state company "The Kazakh Scientific Center Quarantine and Zoonotic of Infections of Masgut Aykimbayev" of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh scientific center quarantine and zoonotic of infections of Masgut Aykimbayev" Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of health care.

3. To committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.
