1. Approve Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 at No. 902/11182 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Department of protection of the state secret and licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret

1. In general provisions of the Code of the data which are the state secret (further - SSGT):

1) in Item 5:

after the paragraph of the eighth to add Item with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
