No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Sanitary regulations on products from ceramics, the glasses, porcelain, faience enameled and the vitrified products intended for contact with foodstuff it (is applied).

2. Determine that the Sanitary regulations on products from ceramics, the glasses, porcelain, faience enameled and the vitrified products intended for contact with foodstuff become effective within three months from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. Sales of products from ceramics, glasses, porcelain and faience enameled and the vitrified products intended for contact with foodstuff imported on the market legally before entry into force of this provision, before exhaustion of inventories is allowed.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
