About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2009 No. 1116

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2009 No. 1116 "About approval of the State program "Scientific maintenance of development of nuclear power in the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2010 and for the period till 2020" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 212, 5/30385; 2012, No. 10, 5/35104) following changes:
1.1. in Item 5 of the word of "The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "The deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of energy complex";
1.2. in Item 5 of the Section "Actions for 2009-2015" and item 4 of the Section "Actions for 2016-2020" of appendix 1 to the State program "Scientific maintenance of development of nuclear power in the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2010 and for the period till 2020", approved by this resolution:
the words "Republican Center of Radiation Control and Monitoring of the Environment" and ", the Republican hydrometeocenter" shall be replaced with words "The republican center for hydrometeorology, control of radioactive pollution and monitoring of the environment";
words "GU "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene" shall be replaced with words "the republican unitary enterprise "Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
