1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of State commission on securities and the stock market and the National commission on securities and the stock market (concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business) which are attached.
2. To provide to department of the analysis, strategy and development of the legislation (M. Libaniya) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. And clerical works (A.Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision according to the legislation.
4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision according to the legislation.
5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of NKTsBFR A.Mozgovy.
