1. Approve:

3) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev E. Z. and Department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sainov S. S.).

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Permission to Foreigners and Stateless Persons to Permanent Residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).
