About approval of Sanitary regulations on public health care and workers from the risks connected with functioning of gas stations

In pursuance of requirements of provisions of articles 6 and 10 of the Law No. 10-XVI of February 3, 2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes and amendments, article 6 of the Law No. 186-XVI of July 10, 2008 on health protection and labor safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 143-144, 587), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Sanitary regulations on public health care and workers from the risks connected with functioning of gas stations it (is applied).

2. Provisions of Regulations are applied to all legal entities who design, build and operate gas stations, irrespective of type of property and form of business.

3. The gas stations which are constructed/reconstructed after entry into force of the Regulations approved in Item 1 of this resolution shall conform to its requirements, and already functioning gas stations will be brought into accord with Regulations till January 1, 2017.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
