1. Approve Regulations on technical information security in Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To provide to public service concerning technical information security together with the interested ministries and departments studying of practice of application of the Regulations on technical information security in Ukraine and in case of need to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals on modification and amendments in this Provision.

Regulations on technical information security in Ukraine

General part

1. This Provision determines procedure for the technical information security containing the data which are the state and provided by the law other secret which disclosure causes damage to the personality, society and the state, and also the confidential information which is property of the state (further - information with limited access).

Action of this Provision extends to the central and local authorities of the state executive authority, executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea, local councils of People's Deputies and their bodies, to military units of all military forming, to the companies, organizations and the organizations of all patterns of ownership, representations of Ukraine abroad and citizens who own use and dispose of information with limited access.
