About some questions of information security which protection is provided with the state

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. No. 1700 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.12.2006

2. To department of special telecommunication systems and information security of Security service to approve in three-months time procedure for development, acceptance, review and cancellation of regulating documents about technical information security which is obligatory for accomplishment by all executive bodies, military units of all military forming created according to the legislation, the companies, organizations and the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership which activities are connected with information which protection is provided with the state according to the legislation.

3. Determine that projects of state standards concerning technical information security move on approval to the State committee on questions of technical regulation and consumer policy and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing in coordination with Administration of Public service of special communication and information security.

4. To the state committee on questions of technical regulation and consumer policy to carry out registration of regulating documents according to which means of ensuring of technical information security in coordination with Administration of Public service of special communication and information security are made.

5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list it (is applied).
