About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods compliance with obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning separate types of goods according to appendix.

2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54):

add with notes 39C and 40C of the following content:
