About approval of the Procedure for passing of special preparation, retraining and advanced training of the personnel performing detective and security activities and the Procedure for development of training programs for passing of special preparation, retraining and advanced training of the personnel performing detective and security activities

For the purpose of settlement of implementation of detective and security activities, according to article 15-2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About private detective and security activities in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Procedure for passing of special preparation, retraining and advanced training of the personnel performing detective and security activities according to appendix 1;

- Procedure for development of training programs for passing of special preparation, retraining and advanced training of the personnel performing detective and security activities according to appendix 2.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
