About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Article 1 of the Law on highways No. 509-XIII of June 22, 1995 (repeated publication: 2012, No. 280, the Art. 878), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (3) the following content:

"(3) Highways are subject to state registration in the Register of objects of technical infrastructure.".

Art. II. – In article 4 of the Law on the main pipeline transport No. 592-XIII of September 26, 1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 8-9, 78), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

add Article with part (2) the following content:

"(2) Objects of pipeline transport are subject to state registration in the Register of objects of technical infrastructure.".

Art. III. – Article 11 of the Law on civil aviation No. 1237-XIII of July 9, 1997 (repeated publication: 2010, Art. No. 98-99, 292), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (6) the following content:

"(6) Structures, the constructions and the equipment located in the territory of airfield (airport) are subject to state registration in the Register of objects of technical infrastructure.".

Art. IV. – In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:
