According to the subitem 6) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of plants" and subitem 1-1) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them, shown to activities for production (formulyation) of pesticides, realization of pesticides, use of pesticides aerosol and fumigatsionny by methods.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
