About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In article 4 of the Law on the state fee No. 1216-XII of December 3, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 53-55, 302), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in Item 9) parts (the words "parliamentary lawyers-" shall be replaced with words 1) "the national lawyer, the national lawyer on protection of the rights of the child –";
part (to state 5) in the following edition:
"(5) According to the Law on the national lawyer (ombudsman) No. 52 of April 3, 2014 the state fee does not assess the applications directed to the national lawyer and the national lawyer on protection of the rights of the child.".
Art. II. – Item c) article 3 of the Law on the status of the deputy of Parliament No. 39-XIII of April 7, 1994 (repeated publication: 2005, 201), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 59-61, in the following edition:
"c) position of the national lawyer, national lawyer on protection of the rights of the child;".
Art. III. – Part in paragraph one (1) article 5 of the Law on procedure for publication and entry into force of official acts No. 173-XIII of July 6, 1994 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 183-185, 653), with subsequent changes, words "The center for human rights;" shall be replaced with words "Office of the national lawyer;".
