DECISION OF COUNCIL OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

of July 15, 2015 No. 44

About modification of the Single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) since September 1, 2015:

exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3;

b) since December 31, 2015 to establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 4.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
