About approval of Changes to the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 17 "Questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies of system of justice", the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 1.3 of the Section I:

subitems 1.3. 1.3.2 to state 1, in the following edition:

"1.3.1. Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which part the department of forced execution of decisions is.

1.3.2. Management of the public executive service of the head territorial administrations of justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol which part departments of forced execution of decisions are (further - regional bodies of GIS).";
