1. General provision

These rules are prepared based on Articles 102.3 and 102.4 of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Customs code) and other provisions of the Customs code and determine rules of issue by customs authority of permission in connection with separate customs transaction or customs procedure.

2. Conditions of issue of permission

2.1. Permission is issued by customs authorities in case of accomplishment by persons of the following conditions:
