1. Create Public institution television Varzish.

2. Approve the Charter and Structure of Public institution of television Varzish (are applied).

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of Public institution of television Varzish at the expense of means of the republican budget in number of 113 units.

4. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in a month in accordance with the established procedure to provide to committee on television and radio Public institution the television Varzish with the building, technical equipment, transport and other necessary property.

5. Provide financing of the organization and activities of Public institution of television Varzish in 2015 at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget of 2015 to Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and also by own extrabudgetary funds of Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

6. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan according to Item 3 of this resolution the salary fund and expenses connected with activities of Public institution of television Varzish since January 1, 2016.
