According to the Regulations on use of airspace of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 401, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the current legislation of joint regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine we ORDER:

1. Approve Change to the Instruction for creation of requests for use of airspace when planning carrying out the corresponding type of activity approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of October 14, 2009 No. 518/1063, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on November 17, 2009 on No. 1086/17102, which is applied.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
