About development of the National program of support and development of export for 2016-2020

For the purpose of determination of the strategy of development of foreign trade of the Republic of Belarus for the medium term the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Create the interdepartmental commission on development of the National program of support and development of export for 2016-2020 in structure according to appendix.

2. The interdepartmental commission specified in Item 1 of this resolution:

till October 14, 2015 to bring to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom, another interested methodical recommendations about development of the National program of support and development of export for 2016-2020 (further - the National program) and its concept;

till December 14, 2015 together with interested to develop and introduce in accordance with the established procedure in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the draft of the National program.

3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom taking into account methodical recommendations about development of the National program, and also its concept till October 28, 2015 to provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the offer on the corresponding industries for inclusion in the National program.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
