2. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of forestry, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom till January 1, 2016 to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016, except for Item 2, which becomes effective after official publication of this resolution.
