About measures for further enhancement of procedure for rendering the state services to subjects of entrepreneurship for the principle "one window"

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2015 No. UP-4725 "About Measures for Ensuring Reliable Protection of Private Property, Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship, Removal of Barriers to Their Accelerated Development" and for the purpose of cardinal improvement of quality and availability, ensuring transparency by provision of the state services to entrepreneurial structures with broad application of modern information and communication technologies: 

1. Current services "one window" of the ministries, the state committees, other state bodies and the organizations stop the activities since January 1, 2016.

2. Determine the main objectives of activities of the centers "one window":

rendering the state services in the principle "one window";

ensuring transparency of passing by subjects of entrepreneurship of registration, allowing and licensed procedures;

establishment of close interaction with the state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services with non-admission of bureaucratic barriers and obstacles in case of their rendering to entrepreneurs;

provision of information help to applicants, including free consultations about procedure and terms of rendering the state services.

3. Approve standard structure of the centers "one window" according to appendix No. 1.

In a month to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan completion of the centers "one window" by highly qualified personnel.
