About measures for implementation of procedure for connection of subjects of entrepreneurship to power and gas networks on a turnkey basis

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2015 No. UP-4725 "About Measures for Ensuring Reliable Protection of Private Property, Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship, Removal of Barriers to Their Accelerated Development", and also for the purpose of further simplification of system of connection of subjects of entrepreneurship to power and gas networks the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Consider the main directions on further enhancement of system of connection of subjects of entrepreneurship to power and gas networks:

cardinal reducing number of the procedures requiring direct participation of subjects of entrepreneurship in case of their connection to power and gas networks;

provision of powers on implementation of all procedures, beginning from receipt of specifications before connection to power and gas networks, the operational organizations for electric utility service and gas supply on a turnkey basis.

2. Approve and enact since January 1, 2016:

Regulations on procedure for connection of subjects of entrepreneurship to power networks on a turnkey basis according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for connection of subjects of entrepreneurship to gas networks on a turnkey basis according to appendix No. 2.

3. Establish procedure according to which since January 1, 2016:
