Suspend till December 31, 2016 inclusive action of the subitem "v" of item 4 of Rules of maintaining and placement in unified information system in the field of purchases of the register of the bank guarantees approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2013 No. 1005 "About the bank guarantees used for the purposes of the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 46, the Art. 5947).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the subitem "zh" of Item of 5 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2013 No. 1005 "About the bank guarantees used for the purposes of the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs", approved by this resolution which is becoming effective since July 1, 2015, and the paragraph of the ninth Item 6 of the specified changes which is becoming effective since January 1, 2017.
