About modification of the Regulations on monetary rewards for opening new or radical revaluation of earlier known fields (sites of fields) of the minerals having industrial value

For the purpose of determination of sources of payments of the monetary reward for opening new or radical revaluation of earlier known fields (sites of fields) of the minerals having industrial value and also work incentives of geological prospectors on expansion of mineral resources of the republic the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes to Regulations on monetary rewards for opening new or radical revaluation of earlier known fields (sites of fields) of the minerals having the industrial value approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 22, 2007 No. 245 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 11, the Art. 66), according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.

The changes made to Regulations on monetary rewards for opening new or radical revaluation of earlier known fields (sites of fields) of the minerals having industrial value

1. State Item 22 in the following edition:

"22. Monetary rewards new or radical revaluation of earlier known fields (sites of fields) of minerals are paid to Goskomgeologiya within the means provided in parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for exploration works for opening.
