1. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify depositary of the Convention - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on exception of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of structure of the bodies given the right of putting down of apostille.
