In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 15, 2014 No. 813 "About approval of Rules of numerous crossing by foreign vessels of frontier of the Russian Federation without passing boundary, customs (regarding making of the customs transactions connected with arrival (departure) of courts) and other types of control" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 4671):

a) in word preamble "According to part of the twentieth article 9 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About Frontier of the Russian Federation" to exclude;

b) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of Rules of numerous crossing by foreign vessels of frontier of the Russian Federation without passing boundary, customs (regarding making of the customs transactions connected with arrival (departure) of courts) and other types of control approved by the specified resolution "parts of twentieth and twenty third" shall be replaced with words words "parts of the twenty second and twenty fifth".
