The "Conditions of provision of discount in case of payment" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 26, 2012 No. 158 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, 7, Article 784) to give to No. in the following edition:

"Conditions of provision of discount in case of payment

1. In case of information transfer of privilege it are provided to the following persons:

1.1. to persons who are engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities;

1.2. to the students studying in the highest and average special educational institutions.

2. Conditions of the discount connected with provision of information in case of performing payment are determined by mutual consent of the parties. In this case the amount of discount shall not be less than 50% of the expenses incurred for preparation and information transfer.".
