About approval of Changes in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities
According to the Law of Ukraine of April 9, 2015 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers in the field of architectural construction supervision and enhancement of the town-planning legislation" I order to No. 320-VIII:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 16, 2011 No. 45, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2011 at No. 651/19389 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 No. 122) which are applied.
2. To management of pricing, economy and contractual relations in construction (Sholomitsky L. M.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Malashkin M. A.) submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Abramovsky R. R.
