1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2002 No. 358 "About additional measures for normalization of calculations for natural gas, electrical and heat energy" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 37, 5/10159; 2006, 129, 5/22698) to add No. with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"consider question of possibility of charge and payment of all types of the awards, bonuses and remunerations provided by conditions of contracts, to heads of the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz, and the power supplying organizations being part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, in the presence of growth of loss from sales of products, goods (works, services) for the accounting period in comparison with previous period on the organization in general, and also to the heads of the organizations who allowed debt on payment consumed since the beginning of accounting year of natural gas, electrical and heat energy, formed as a result of failure to provide of their payment in the terms established by agreements or legal acts.";
