1. Approve structure of the Supervisory board under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on realization and control of the course of restructuring of Open joint-stock holding company "Barques of Points" (Appendix 1).

2. Approve the enclosed Provision of the Supervisory board under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on realization and control of the course of restructuring of Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" (Appendix 2).

3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan every half-year to provide to the supervisory board information on the course of realization of restructuring of Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik".

4. To the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government to promote accomplishment of the made decisions of the Supervisory board under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
