To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan and Certifying commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills to develop and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the Procedure for creation and statement of dissertation councils on protection of theses on competition of academic degrees of the doctor of philosophy (PhD), the doctor in the specialty and award of the specified academic degrees.
